1. DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to the following locations within approximately 15 miles of Scarsdale, NY:

Delivery Areas: Scarsdale, White Plains, Hartsdale, Greenburgh, Tarrytown, Irvington, Dobbs Ferry, Ardsley, Elmsford, Yonkers, Eastchester, Bronxville, New Rochelle, Pelham, Pelham Manor, Mount Vernon, Hastings-on-Hudson, Sleepy Hollow, Mamaroneck, Larchmont, Rye, Port Chester, Harrison, Purchase, Tuckahoe, New Castle, Bedford, Pound Ridge, Chappaqua, Pleasantville, Ossining, Croton-on-Hudson, Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, Norwalk

If your delivery location is outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional delivery fees.

2. DELIVERY HOURS

Our standard delivery hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, seven days a week.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteeddue to route scheduling and event logistics.

If your event requires delivery or setup outside of standard hours, please contact us in advance — additional fees may apply.

3. DELIVERY DETAILS

To ensure smooth delivery:

• Provide accurate delivery information, including contact name, phone number, and venue access instructions.
• An adult or authorized contact must be available to receive the delivery.
• If our team cannot access the venue due to incorrect address, closed location, or no contact on-site, the order will be considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

4. SETUP AND INSTALLATION

For décor orders, setup services are included as specified in your order.
Please ensure the event space is ready, accessible, and free of obstructions at the scheduled time.
If our team is delayed due to venue restrictions or waiting time, additional labor charges may apply.

5. WEATHER CONDITIONS

For outdoor balloon décor, please plan accordingly. Balloons are sensitive to heat, wind, and rain, and we cannot guarantee durability under extreme weather conditions.
If weather conditions make setup unsafe, we may reschedule the delivery or adjust the design to an indoor-friendly version when possible.

6. PICKUP OPTIONS

Pickups may be available for select smaller balloon orders by appointment only. Please contact us to confirm pickup times and location details.

7. DAMAGE OR LOSS AFTER DELIVERY

Once balloons are delivered or installed, they become the customer’s responsibility.
AmysBalloon is not liable for any damage caused by weather, sharp objects, heat exposure, pets, or mishandling after delivery.
